   BACKGROUND
I am from Okhaldhunga district, I have been started to work from 1994 Oct for different company as a helper to Sardar and trek leader. Now I am working as a freelance trekking guide and also doing bird study as well.

Geographic areas location (DDC/VDC) of ongoing activities
Annapurna region, Siklis, ABC Circuit, Upper mustang, Everest region, Langtang, Manaslu.

Past activities related to sustainable tourism
HMG guide training, Eco-workshop, TAAN, consultation meeting by ACAP, wilderness medical training, KEEP's Training, Bagmati cleanup.
